We are a merger & acquisition firm serving middle market business owners across the country with a concentration in the Midwest. We represent closely-held manufacturing, distribution, and service companies with annual revenues in the $1-50 million range.

Who we are. . .

Our firm consists of seven highly professional brokers with over 88 years of combined business transaction experience who work as a team when selling our client’s business. Four of the five brokers have previously owned their own business. Six other talented individuals provide support to our brokers.

Premier works on a contingent broker’s fee structure. . .the seller pays 100% of our fees when we perform!

Our goal at Premier is to locate the best possible buyer for our client’s business. We aggressively seek out those buyers willing and able to pay a high percentage of the purchase price in cash.
